What construction costs
From our own BOQ for a G+1 RCC school block in Haryana, the structure (excavation, RCC frame, steel, brick walls, plaster, roof drainage and septic tank) came to about ₹1,760 per sq ft with GST. Finishes, doors and windows, plumbing and electrical typically add 35% to 50%, which puts a finished building at roughly ₹2,400 to ₹2,650 per sq ft in NCR. Houses, offices and sheds are priced from their own drawings, since the finishes you choose move the price most. Send the plot size and the number of floors for a first range.
Approvals in Gurugram
Depending on where the plot is, building plans are approved by DTCP, HSVP or the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram. We prepare the architectural and structural drawings the approval needs, and build the rainwater harvesting pits the occupation certificate needs (see the rules in Gurugram).
