What we build
TerraSetu designs and builds water and civil works for homes, housing societies, factories, schools, panchayats and CSR programs. Every job starts with the numbers: your district's groundwater, rainfall and water table, then a survey, a drawing and a priced bill of quantities.

We read your district's groundwater stage, water table depth, rainfall and water quality before visiting, so the design fits the ground.
Survey the site
GPS-tagged photos, roof and ground areas, levels, soil and existing borewells, drains and tanks.
Drawing and BOQ
A dimensioned drawing and a bill of quantities priced item by item, so you can compare it with any other quote.
Build and report
Daily site logs and photos in our project app, and a handover file with as-built drawings and a maintenance guide.

Where does TerraSetu work?
We are based in Gurgaon and work across Delhi NCR and Haryana every week. CSR and institutional projects run across India with local teams under our engineers.
Do you do only the design, or the construction too?
Both. We can hand over a drawing and BOQ for your own contractor, or build it end to end and give a single price.
